site. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as some sightseeing areas involve light walking. The tour duration is approximately 5–6 hours and includes flexible timing to suit your schedule. Hotel pickup and drop
off within Almaty city are included. Please carry your passport or a copy, as ID may be required at some locations. Weather in Almaty can vary, so dressing in layers is advised, especially if visiting mountain areas. Photography is allowed at most sites, but certain religious or memorial areas may have restrictions.

General Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of closure or inoperability of the activity or attraction due to private bookings, weather conditions, maintenance, or acts of God, fully unused tickets will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.

Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.
