The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.

Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.
