Food and drinks are available for purchase throughout Genting SkyWorlds, with a variety of dining options ranging from quick snacks to full meals. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park, so plan accordingly. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water during your visit.

Child Policy:
Children below 90 cm in height can enter the park free of charge. Children between 90 cm and 110 cm require a child ticket for admission. Children above 110 cm in height must purchase an adult ticket.

Do’s and Don’ts:
Do wear comfortable clothes and suitable shoes for walking and rides. Do follow all safety instructions and park rules for a safe experience. Do supervise children at all times. Don’t bring outside food or drinks into the park. Don’t bring sharp objects or large bags that may be restricted. Don’t attempt to access restricted areas or engage in unsafe behavior on rides.

Dress Code

For Genting SkyWorlds, wear comfortable clothing and closed
toe shoes suitable for walking and rides. Since the weather can be cool and misty, bring a light jacket or sweater. Avoid overly loose or slippery footwear for safety.

How to reach Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park

The Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park tour typically includes convenient hotel pickup and drop-off from major areas within Kuala Lumpur city centre such as Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. It’s recommended to confirm your pickup location and time during the booking process for a smooth experience.

If you prefer to travel independently, you can drive or take a taxi or ride-hailing service like Grab to Awana SkyCentral. From there, board the Genting SkyWay Cable Car for a scenic ride up to Resorts World Genting, where the theme park is located. Alternatively, Genting Express Bus services from KL Sentral also offer a direct and affordable option to reach the highlands.

General Cancellation and Refund Policy

All tickets are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.

In the event of closure or inoperability of the activity or attraction due to private bookings, weather conditions, maintenance, or acts of God, fully unused tickets will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.

Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.
