All other children require a valid child ticket for entry.Do’s and Don’tsVisitors are encouraged to supervise children at all times and show respect for the birds and their natural habitats. Attending scheduled feeding sessions and bird shows is recommended for a more enriching experience. Feeding the birds is not allowed unless specifically permitted by the staff. Pets, loud toys, or any items that may disturb the birds should not be brought into the park. Guests are also requested to avoid littering to help maintain a clean and safe environment for the wildlife.
Wear light, breathable clothing and comfortable walking shoes when visiting Penang Bird Park, as most of the park is outdoors. Don’t forget sun protection like hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Penang Bird Park is located in Seberang Jaya on the mainland of Penang, just a short drive from Penang Bridge. Visitors can reach the park by taxi, ride-hailing services like Grab, or by taking a bus from George Town or Butterworth. For added convenience, hotel pickup and drop-off services are also available.

In the event of closure or inoperability of the activity or attraction due to private bookings, weather conditions, maintenance, or acts of God, fully unused tickets will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.
Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.

If the booked party does not meet the eligibility criteria, new tickets must be purchased at the door price. Concession tickets found to be inapplicable will be subject to the standard cancellation policy, and out-of-turn refunds will not be provided.
