Transfers are chargeable unless included in the ticket price. Pickup is available from hotels and accommodations within tourist areas, with some exceptions. If your hotel is outside a pickup zone, you’ll receive details about the nearest pickup point and timing.
Food and DrinksVisitors are not allowed to bring or consume food and drinks inside the Petronas Twin Towers. It is recommended to eat before your visit, as the Skybridge and Observation Deck tours do not include refreshments. Water bottles can be carried but should not be used within the tower premises.Child PolicyChildren under 3 years of age can enter free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit. A valid child ticket is required for children above 3 years of age, as per the tower’s ticketing policy.Do’s and Don’tsDo arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early for security checks and ticket confirmation. Do secure your personal belongings, as lockers are available. Do follow all staff instructions and safety signs throughout the visit. Don’t bring large bags, sharp objects, or tripods, as these are not allowed inside. Don’t run, shout, or lean against the glass panels at observation points. Don’t eat, drink, or smoke within the tower’s indoor areas.
Visitors to the Petronas Twin Towers are advised to wear smart casual attire. Comfortable clothing and shoes are ideal for walking and standing, especially during your time on the Skybridge and observation deck. Avoid wearing revealing or inappropriate outfits, as this is a prominent and respectful public attraction.
The Petronas Twin Towers are conveniently located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and are easily accessible by various modes of transport. City tours offer hotel pickup and drop-off from central areas such as Bukit Bintang, KLCC, and Chinatown for a hassle-free visit.Alternatively, you can reach the towers via public transport, with the KLCC LRT Station located directly below the towers. Ride-hailing services like Grab and taxis are also widely available for direct access. For those driving, ample parking is available at Suria KLCC, the shopping mall located at the base of the towers.

In the event of closure or inoperability of the activity or attraction due to private bookings, weather conditions, maintenance, or acts of God, fully unused tickets will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.
Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.
