Many hurdles came ..ie. flight got rescheduled ..route changed.. flight cancelled ..but none of these affected me as gagan was always there to resolve any such issues and provide arrangements on time to make the trip hassle-free.
The price was also nominal and the dates were also arranged as per my choice even when I came just 2 days before the plan dates for booking."
