Transfers are chargeable unless included in the ticket price. Pickup is available from hotels and accommodations within tourist areas, with some exceptions. If your hotel is outside a pickup zone, you’ll receive details about the nearest pickup point and timing.
* Respect the plants. Please do not pluck, stomp on, damage any plant life or attempt to climb any tree. If you see something amiss, please approach our staff. * Keep the Gardens clean by disposing all litter in the designated bins provided. * Wheelchairs (including motorised ones) and seated mobility scooters are allowed at the Gardens. * No picnic furniture is allowed throughout the Gardens. * Food and drinks are prohibited in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. *Any form of open fire such as BBQs and lighted candles is prohibited on the grounds of the Gardens. * Dogs are permitted at the Outdoor Gardens, but not at the Conservatories *The Gardens is smokefree. *Bicycles/tricycles, roller skates, skateboards and scooters are prohibited in the Gardens. *Due to safety reasons, visitors with strollers/prams should use the lifts instead of escalators when going around the Gardens.
Given Singapore's yearround hot and humid weather, it's best to stick to light and comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes when you visit the Gardens. However, since you can expect the temperatures in Cloud Forest and Flower Dome to range from 23°C to 25°C, be sure to bring along a light jacket.
Bayfront Plaza carpark will be closed from 5.00pm onwards on 5 Aug 2023. Visitors are strongly encouraged to take public transport to the gardens. Gardens by the Bay is located at 18 Marina Gardens Drive, which is directly behind Marina Bay Sands Hotel. To reach Gardens by the Bay, you can either take MRT, Bus, Taxi, or Ride-Share Services such as Grab.
All tickets are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
In the event of closure or inoperability of the activity or attraction due to private bookings, weather conditions, maintenance, or acts of God, fully unused tickets will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.
Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.

This is an open ticket. No prior booking is required for entry within the ticket's validity dates.
Infant charges, if applicable, must be paid directly to the Activity Operator. Age proof for Senior Citizens, Children, and Infants will be verified at the entrance. If the booked party does not meet the eligibility criteria, new tickets must be purchased at the door price. Concession tickets found to be inapplicable will be subject to the standard cancellation policy, and out-of-turn refunds will not be provided.
