When visiting Rainforest Wild ASIA at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, it's essential to adhere to the park's rules and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and the wildlife. Here are the key guidelines: Wildlife Interaction • Respect Wildlife: Do not approach, feed, or disturb any animals. Maintain a safe distance and appreciate them from afar. • No Flash Photography: Flash photography and flashlights are prohibited to prevent disturbance to the animals. Park Conduct • SmokeFree Environment: Smoking is not allowed within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. • Keep the Park Clean: Littering is prohibited. Dispose of all waste in the bins provided. • Stay on Designated Paths: Stick to marked trails to protect the fragile ecosystem and avoid disturbing wildlife. Prohibited Items and Activities • No Personal Mobility Devices: Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and similar devices are not permitted within the park. • No Balloons or Flying Objects: Kiteflying, playing with frisbees or balls, and bringing balloons are prohibited to prevent disturbance to the animals. • No Pets: Pets and service animals are not allowed in ticketed areas of the park. Adventure Activity Guidelines For activities like Wild Apex Adventure and Wild Cavern Adventure, additional rules apply: • Attire: Wear sports attire with long pants and fully covered sports shoes. • Health Requirements: Participants must be in good health and free from medical conditions such as heart issues, high or low blood pressure, recent surgeries, or any physical limitations. • Safety Equipment: All participants must use the park's approved safety equipment. Personal equipment is not permitted.

Based on the official recommendations from the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, here's what you should wear: Clothing • Light, breathable attire: Opt for lightweight and moisturewicking fabrics to stay comfortable in Singapore's tropical climate. • Long pants: Especially important if you plan to participate in adventure activities like the Wild Cavern Adventure, where long pants are required. • Avoid skirts and dresses: These are not suitable for adventure activities and may hinder movement. Footwear • Covered sports shoes with good traction: Essential for navigating the park's varied terrain, including forest treks that can become wet and muddy after rain. • No slippers, sandals, or loosefitting footwear: Such footwear is not permitted, especially for adventure activities, due to safety concerns. Accessories • Hat or cap: Provides protection from the sun during outdoor exploration. • Sunscreen: Apply to exposed skin to prevent sunburn. • Rain gear: Carry a raincoat or poncho to stay dry during unexpected showers. Other Essentials • Insect repellent: Apply to protect against insect bites, as the rainforest environment can have mosquitoes and other insects. • Water bottle: Stay hydrated during your visit; water refill stations are available throughout the park.
By MRT & Bus • Khatib MRT (NS14): Take the Mandai Khatib Shuttle directly to the park. • Ang Mo Kio MRT (NS16): Board Bus 138 to the park. • Choa Chu Kang MRT (NS4): Take Bus 927 to the park. • Springleaf MRT (TE4): Board Bus 138 to the park. Alight at Bus Stop 48111 or 48119 for Rainforest Wild ASIA. Mandai Khatib Shuttle • Operating Hours: First bus at 8:30 AM, last bus at 11:40 PM. • Frequency: Every 15 minutes during operating hours; every 20 minutes between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM. • Fare: S$2.50 per ride (children below 7 ride free). • Payment: Accepts contactless payments like EZ-Link, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. • Route: From Khatib MRT Station (Exit A) to Mandai Wildlife WEST. Mandai City Express (Thu–Sun) • Pickup Points: Orchard Road, Bras Basah, and Suntec Hub. • Timings: Multiple departures daily. • Fare: S$8 one-way, S$16 round-trip. • Booking: Advance booking required via the official portal. By Taxi or Ride-Hailing • Use apps like Grab, Gojek, or Ryde to book a ride directly to Mandai Wildlife WEST. By Car • Parking: Enter through the Bird Paradise tunnel and park at Carpark 1. • Rates: S$3 for the first hour, S$2 for each additional hour. Note: Ensure your vehicle has a cash card with sufficient value for the electronic parking system. By Bicycle • Designated bicycle parking is available at Mandai Wildlife WEST.

In the event of closure or inoperability of the activity or attraction due to private bookings, weather conditions, maintenance, or acts of God, fully unused tickets will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.
Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.

Infant charges, if applicable, must be paid directly to the Activity Operator. Age proof for Senior Citizens, Children, and Infants will be verified at the entrance. If the booked party does not meet the eligibility criteria, new tickets must be purchased at the door price. Concession tickets found to be inapplicable will be subject to the standard cancellation policy, and out-of-turn refunds will not be provided.
