Singapore Flyer is located at 30 Raffles Avenue, Singapore 039803 Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) - Promenade Station, Exit A and 8-minute walk from Promenade MRT (CC4 / DT15) Bus - The nearest bus stop is located opposite Ritz-Carlton (Bus Stop 02171). Taxi / Car - Via Temasek Avenue and Raffles Boulevard

In the event of closure or inoperability of the activity or attraction due to private bookings, weather conditions, maintenance, or acts of God, fully unused tickets will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a written refund request along with valid evidence of the closure. Refunds will be processed once the amount is received from the activity operator.
Partially used tickets—where the booking party has already gained entry or access—will not be eligible for a refund if the activity is later curtailed due to weather, maintenance, or acts of God.
